Are clones from Auto's also Auto's?

I never tried cloning before so yesterday I was cleaning up some lower leaves on my Dwarf Low Flyer. I had 2 pots siting around and some Plant Prod Stim-Root so I figured why not try. When I did it I was not hopeful that they would make it. Pic 1 is about 1 hour after wetting the stems and dipping them in the stim-root power and placing on finger sized 3inch deep holes. The rest of the pic's were taken today. I know that if you take cutting from a female plant the cuttings will also be female of the same plant hence the use of the term clones. My question is will the cuttings that come from Auto's also be Auto's? Or will they just be regular Dwarf Low Flyers.

Got any pollen or colloidal silver? They may be worth a seed trial.

Id start lst asap if you are going to do well that is how youll do it, get the tops tied over and fix daily for best results, they might end up laying down but will be ok! Snip any leaf tips that die from touching medium. This will speed up growth in some. Probably same as mother but might suprise you.

A clone from an auto will be an auto. You don't have any control over when the auto will flower so the clones don't usually get bigger than a couple of feet, most of the time if you are cloning an auto it's to breed them so you can continue the genetics in your tent.

You clones do look happy so you did well there.

Not to be negative but an uncloned auto might get a couple feet tall, a cloned auto might get 10” tall, if you’re luck. There’s a reason they say not to clone autos. I think a proper experiment would be to clone an XXL auto, they get big and most take longer to flower.

they'll be autos on a half life basically. they're really not worth your time unless you have the absolute perfect environment which is in my humble opinion IMPOSSIBLE. Not worth the headache

Well thank you gentlemen for all of your opinions. If I had pollen I would try to do a seed run but alas I do not have any. I just did it because I was in the greenhouse playing anyway and I do not expect any return so I will leave them and see what happens. Only down side is I have 2 more plants than I am allowed. I took the pic's below today when I was out there doing some drastic work on my Dwarf Low Flyer but that will be posted in the NL Dwarf Low Flyer post.

You can reverse one or both of those plants to create pollen. Pollen created from a female plant only contains female chromosomes and the resulting seed will be 99% females.

All you need is colloidal silver or STS and you can reverse a female plant. If you use colloidal you want the strongest ppm you can get, something around 50 ppm is good.

I reversed a Green Crack auto and she got to about 2 foot tall. Was for a seed run.

I took one clone and hit it with CS then I flowered out the other clone and pollinated. I put both of them outdoors so I wouldn't seed my flower tent. However because they were outdoors and our season is at the end of spring going into winter we they only got about 6-8 hours of sun a day so some of the seeds didn't mature properly.

It was my first shot at it and I learnt that even seed runs need full care inside the grow tent. Next time I'll put the male outside and carefully pollinate a few branches in the flower tent. That way I'll get a better success rate with seed maturity and size. Even though I half cocked it up I still got about 2-300 viable seeds.

Yeah I sprayed the reversed clone mostly every day twice a day for a bit less that 2 weeks. This resulted in a complete reversal and I had loads of good pollen.

Hey man. I wouldn't think of telling you what to do with your plants but you could potentially pollinate someone else's females nearby if you put a flowering male outside. The wind can carry pollen for miles.

Out of curiosity, is that because you have no neighbors for many many miles, have few to no flying insect that collect pollen, don't grow cannabis or maybe just have no concern for what happens? What part of the world is "your" part?
