Tiny black flies everywhere

Hey, anyone know what these are? There are so many, I've been using these sticky fly catchers all around the base of my soil pot and they catch LOADS but they're still flying around after two weeks. Any tips how to get rid? Thanks!
Try turning fan on pots, they dont fly the best, you can disrupt their cycle in many ways. Topdressing, spraying etc.

Its much cheaper to buy neem oil on eBay UK. Then mix as I've said, you want liquid soap but you don't want anti bacterial, I watched a video said to put water in my worm bin to get juice from worm castings, I ended up with very moist soil and gnats were everywhere, I sprayed Neem oil foliar all over plants, used sticky traps too, and removed bin because weather is warmer so can be okay outside. But Neem does the job, don't over think it, buy neem oil and liquid soap.

Usually you can just adjust your watering practices or some fans to fix this...but if you have a shit ton, then you will need to treat it. Can keep using the sticky pads to kill the adults, and water in nematodes into the soil. They will take care of the larvae. If you still have issues, water the other half of the nematode pack in a week later.

I had a horrible infestation during my last grow and bought nematodes, but I cut back my water and they all went away before I needed to use them. They can't hurt, but I don't think they're really necessary.

Also blasting a fabric pot with a fan can cause molds and issues with your roots. If you're going to do it, try to to keep the airflow just above the pots or use an oscillating fan set to low.

Yes...I should have been more clear. My oscillating fan is directed at the tops of the pots and the underside of the canopy to move air through my mainline setup. That is how I got rid of gnats as well.

If you want to get shot of fungus gnats all you need to do is use sticky traps and let the pot dry out as much as possible between waterings. I have tried all sorts to get rid of them and letting the surface of the pot dry out was the best solution, the larvae thrive in moist soil.

You have to treat the soil not the leaves since the soil is where the larvae are. Spraying the the leaves is for mites, thrips, and other pests that don't breed in the soil.
