Brown Spots, what are these???

Hopefully, I thought could be a pest infestation. I was able to wipe them off, but wanted to make sure before I added any pesy control measures. Thanks
Could be pm so watch closely or treat now! I spray with de and mild soap, or can feed silica as makes plant tougher. Bugs avoid them too.

First are you wheeling those plants outdoors and back?
If they are outdoor only there is almost no chance that is PM
If they are indoor and you actually had PM that young there would be almost no chance to reach harvest without correct the enviroment

I think it is a watering mistake
But stranger things have happened

They have been outdoors. Only one night indoors when there were heavy rains and winds about a week back. I wiped them 4 hours back and they look better now. I think it is more of overwatering issues right now. I have tried to water them as little as possible.

It is a weed it likes it outdoors even in the rain
Stop watering them so much too
As for the winds that is how plants grow strong

That sure looks like powdery mildew,check all other bushes,trees in your yard.Cold and humidity is when it starts.
