Seedlings keep dying?

The OP probably already pitched this one (good idea) but I had a seedling recover from about this same state in February. Never had saved one from damping off before but managed to save one this season.
Left the dome over a flat of mixed herb, vegetables and cannabis seedlings in peat pellets for a day too long and lost a few vegetable seedlings to damping off. One of the cannabis seedlings was withered and bent over too but the cotyledon and first leaves never died so I let it go with a fan blowing across the flat.
It stayed bent over for a few weeks but the top kept putting on new growth upside down, slowly. Eventually it stood back up and the withered part of the stem fattened up. It was behind the other girls for 2 months but its a nice bushy plant outside now. Glad I kept it. it has a knuckle that looks like the main stem was supercropped below the first node.
YMMV, I’d never had another plant survive damping off in 20+ years of gardening but did this year.

What soil are you using? What are your temps? I just experienced this whit SoHum Cannabis so I switched to 50/50 LUSH and FoxFarm light warrior. Damping off is a soil borne fungi that effects the roots and stem killing seedlings and young plants from the inside out. Damping of thrives in cool wet environments. Clean all growing supplies and utensils and wash hands before handling seeds. Try not to use unsterilized soil. If truly concerned you can treat soil with a fungicide before using it. Damping off sucks and there is no saving seedlings once they have it.

I was using Dr Earth Organic Potting Mix and the bag had no holes or flies, it's okay soil just a little woody, I don't really pay attention to Temps but I'm in SoCal so it's about 65-75 right now, and I used miracle grow last time had a couple burned seedling because too much nutrients so I decided to try this. Never had the soil fungi issue with Miraclr Grow potting mix.

Seedlings need it warm that 65° could be the culprit. . . While germinating your seeds use some anti fungal on your soil if you don’t want to dish out the cash for premium. I always cut my premium soil 50/50 with fox foil light warrior shits amazing
