Can anyone solve this issue for me so these seeds same seeds started at the same time. I topped them at the same time and everything same light and all but as you can see it’s at least a foot

They're from seed. The same seeds will have small genetic differences. I've had it described to me like parents and children. Same parents bang and have a bunch of kids. They won't all be the same.

Different pheno's. Seeds don't produce identical plants. This is why a lot of people run mothers/clones, you know exactly what the plant will be.

I recently ran a strain where one plant was small with dark purple buds and the other was huge with deep green buds. Green was a LOT better. Only got one green out of five beans. Sad times.

Yeah it's different Phenotypes, ones is showing as more Indica and the other plant is leaning towards the Sativa side. Just grow them out and enjoy the smoke

Yeah I guess it makes sense that way I just always thought they would be the same but maybe the short plant seeds came from a short plant idk? Phenos are hard to understand some haha thanks though that makes sense.

No 2 seeds are identical. Just keep it simple, and water/feed & let em grow. They seem ok from here.

Yeah for sure it’s crazy the last run I did was the same way one tall one short haha. It just makes it hard cause it’s all uneven canopy and hard to level them up when that bitch is long and lanky LOL I was gonna train her but fuck I went to and the stem snapped she isn’t bendy like the short one she trained very well.

I would just organize them like so, with taller in back and short in middle. Exercise some height additions(boxes, etc.), maybe some bending here and there. Fuck, you can even add some marine algae(tons of hormones and such), sea kelp, to just the tall one and get here to go bushy while adjusting light higher on other plant to induce stretch or flip it and add blue light to the tall one to reduce stretch hahaha! Trust me with multiple small changes you'll get the plants you are looking for! Rotating in uneven canopies can do magical things. You can also rotate individual pots, like a puzzle fitting buds into other plants unused spaces LoL! Experimentation is key with canopy manipulation =) Have fun with it!!!

Small phenos happen unfortunately, some growers foliar Gibberellins at 0.01 ppm to combat this and educe stretch.
