Ideally you should have waited until you could amend the soil correctly.
all you’ve done is go from hot soil to hot soil lol.

Yeh should have waited but didn't know what to do for best it's done now so can't change that can only learn , sometimes confusing cus everyone does it diff soil etc

Honestly it’s pretty normal for the starter leaves to fall off later in life I always take it as time to start feeding as well !

I agree hence why I tagged @Wizzlebiz to help you out before I gave you incorrect advice as I grow in coco which is very different.
At this point now all you can do is wait for it to become drier and then water and wait and see what happens over time.
I knew about cotys but when first leaves yellowed I assumed prob was roots/pH etc as no yellowing on top ( then I would assume diff issue with lights etc) yeh was gappy cus she stretched as baby again all learning ,issue really had to be underground lol but now she has bigger worries due to transplant

Do not give up, mate follow these guys advice, you have been treated okay, look around at the threads you will see a lot lot worse, one word of advice don't mention the word flush

Get that soil less hot mate, it really is good advice, I've burnt a few plants that way, there are more ways than perlite to get good drainage search for them.
I have done research it's confusing as u know everyone using diff products etc no clear advice on certain products that's y I came here looking for help off pros but really don't need all this just to learn it's not helped .I won't be giving up for sure no chance but as I said won't be using this site for help thank you for taking time to reply it's appreciated
