Can you just add worms to living soil in 5 gallon fabric pots and expect them to live Thrive and help the plant or is that just me making that up in my head? If so what type of worms and what quantity would I add?

Yes.. If the worms stay alive your plants stay alive..

Yea I’ve tossed them in 5gals and they were still there after harvest. I’m running 10 gals now, treating like no till for now, but my worm population is thriving. Worms in any size pot are a good thing

I run 30 gallon living soil pots with red wigglers... They will do wonders for your plants!!!

Well I run 5 gallon fabric pots..my temps never exceed 77 degrees at the canopy and stay around 73 ambient. Could I run them in my pots that way?

sure just keep your moisture levels consistent and give them plenty of organic matter to eat and you will be good.
