I found 2 types of eggs on 1 of my plants! I have been spraying with 1 tbsp of neem oil +1 tsp of dish soap to a gallon of water. Ususally 1-2 times a week! What am i doin wrong? Am i not just getting the underside well enough or i need something else! Any help please let me know!

Neem does not kill bugs on contact. When they ingest it, it inhibits their growth and appetite. Adult bugs can still lay eggs on a plant treated with neem. If you continue to apply neem, when the eggs hatch and the larvae feed on the plant, they will die.
BT and Spinosad are two other products I use for pest control.

BT is a bacteria that irritates the bugs. I'm not sure if it kills the eggs, but it makes the bugs go away. Spinosad kills bugs, but it will also kill beneficial bugs like bees indiscriminately. Not sure what you have access to, but I always use Monterrey BT and Spinosad sprays.

Those are likely some kind of moth eggs. They will hatch into a bunch of hungry caterpillars. Pretty easy to just manually remove.
I would not use spinosad outdoors as it is highly toxic to bees. In fact I wouldn't use spinosad at all. Man needs to start helping bees survive and stop using products that kill them. When the bees go and they will, mankind is going to be in real trouble.

Neither is going to keep bugs from laying eggs on your plants. Just stay vigilant and remove any eggs you find.
