how dumb is my idea? (autoflower growers please)

ok, so i only have one good closed space for a closet grow, and im using that one for photoperiod. I have a very clean room with lots of natural light that i can supplement with lm301b LED. where i live the year temp is around 70 to 75 F, RH is about 40 to 60. Can I leave the autoflowers there? my main worry is light stress, i know autoflowers do not depend on light cycle to induce flowering (dah the whole point) but Ive heard very contradicting points of view regarding autoflowers actually stressing due to light leaks. i /would NOT/ leave the light 24hrs on, i plan on giving at least 4 or 6 horus of darkness and i can get that room to be almost pitch black at night but im pretty sure there would be some light leak. what do you all think?

Well with auto you can use 24 on but I would recommend doing 18-6 . Un like regular photo plants they will grow in any dark to light with in reason but I've done 24 before it was damn close to the weight of 18-6 and you save power. Are you doing soil or water . ? Also I recommend a tent they make it amazing for outside bug control and make a stable environment from humidity to mites so what size tent you could put in there and it wouldn't have any light leak. Definitely set it on a timer it will make light stress and really piss off the plant think if you slept during the night three days then during the day three day your body and mind would start acting up. Which auto are you using and they take about four weeks to switch if you piss it off any way it can make it take longer to go in flower but with that being said it's not a good idea to try and get it taller that way you will lose 2 weeks of stress rebound. The veg cycle is a veriable when it come to yeild and quality . I've ran Bruce banner one time and had this issue. If you have any ? Feel free. Have you pick out chemical yet?

thanks! so Im out of budget to get a tent at least for now, maybe in december. thats why I wanted to know if light could stress it in a room where I cant control every light aspect. in terms of humidity and temp, where i live is pretty stable and it wouldnt be much of an issue.

If light stress is an issue in fact for autflowers then i might wait till i can get a tent.

I have bruce banner by sweet seeds and gsc by fastbuds, and in terms of nutes im going simple 20/10/20 through out. maybe ill change it in bloom.

Feeding: Start off with above-average helpings of nitrogen and CalMag, then top-dress with phosphorus-heavy nutrients for flowering if growing in soil. When you get to the last 3 weeks of flower 6x the sugar you use I use sugar daddy litterly normally 7ml last 3 weeks 40mL.

Bruce banner auto one week left trichome are milky but no amber ones
I would not use the plant in the picture for reference. It doesn't look good at all looks like you have alot of learning to do. But you're in the right place. @nanners1 give them 24hrs of light that's what they like. It's how you will get the most from autos.

Hey thanks! ill try 24s hrs, although it might be a little too expensive light wise *after a certain daily limit it starts getting super expensive.

and btw i wasnt going to follow the feeding reccommendation given above, i m not into buying 20 different bottles and follow a ridic overfeeding chart. im taking it simple 20/10/20 through out/ hopefully will work

You pay $30 a liter for cheap magnesium sulfate and cane sugar? I could mix up 100 gallons of that ripoff product for $5.

You need to learn about plant nutrition and stop buying into all this nutrient company marketing bullshit. I bet you're plants are crispy fried like a bucket of KFC at harvest time.

6x the sugar you use? Most growers don't use any sugar. At least the ones that have a basic understanding of plant science and nutrition which is more valuable than just reading some bullshit marketing nonsense with claims of double yields and buds glistening with crystals.

[QUOTE="xtsho, post: 1st look here my dude. Now I'm hungry talking about crispy bird. But I'm glad you go your cheap way more power to the broke man. But I've done about 25 grows. Anyone can grow peaches I want that Costco peach with perfect taste , look and levels . Got my banner tested last time 27 % now they said give or take 2+- so I'll take 25. Bet uncy Larry's still in the 90s with 6% . Not your uncle Larry's back yard baganza pebble. Well slip out your grandma's door. Slide your compact bulbs and t8 out the way and I could show you thing or two. I know this has to be a new phrase to you but it takes money to make money . And yes I'm gone basic simple to full blown 13 to mix everyfeed. I ran a test last time super cropped 3 banners one 40ml one half of what they say and one zero . Now you seem like a smrt feller .
