Great looking fixture. You should be at 300W + driver loss right now.Hello,
Here is my first build.
I want to thank alle of you for helping me out.
The build components are:
28* Samsung h serie 2ft strips
1* meanwell HLG 320H-24B
Amp meter with shunt.
Is there a way i can hit 300 watts
With these strips? Maxed out i get 275 watts.

I've got a shunt+ampèremeter on the dc side.Great looking fixture. You should be at 300W + driver loss right now.
Which would be something like
22.5V (strip voltage) x13.34 (drive current you are using) = 300.15W divided by .93 for efficiency = 322W is what you should be drawing from the walls. 300W is what you should be seeing from LEDs to driver before losses.
has you 'measured the voltage and amperage out of your driver?
did you adjust driver dimming or anything?
Disconnect it and try your readings again. It should go up slightly. You can get a similar effect by using your 100k poti + 10k resistor in seriesAlso i use a 100k potentiometer.
Will trie this in the weekend,Disconnect it and try your readings again. It should go up slightly. You can get a similar effect by using your 100k poti + 10k resistor in series
I bought a kill a watt and he measures 300 watts wall.Great looking fixture. You should be at 300W + driver loss right now.

havs you 'measured the voltage and amperage out of your driver?

You wouldn't be able to dim to 0, you'd dim to 10%.Will trie this in the weekend,
Will An 100k poti+10k resistor up the maximum wattage, without affecting the possibility to dim?
Well you measured 12.2a @ 22.39VI bought a kill a watt and he measures 300 watts wall.
That should be 320?
Well you measured 12.2a @ 22.39V
so seems like you are right where you should be
so what you should have is 12.2x 22.39=273.158W
your driver is 91-92% efficient on 115V as per this chart in your data sheet.

so that's 273.158/0.91= 300.17W
Honestly I am at a loss as to what's happening. Thanks, only thing is im doing this at 230vac.
I always thought this cc driver deliverd 13.3 Amps in cc region.
Or do you think the 13.3 is the amp draw instead of amps deliverd?
Yeah, i know about the Hooks, wil change it sometime i gues.lol all of your hooks attached to your frame are different....
Back on topic though. I am using probably the same display thing you are to see the power on the DC side and I too can not seem to get it to the max on 240w meanwells. I'm assuming it is either the display is faulty, the display is limiting the power? or the dim switch is preventing it from going to max(for some reason, I do not think it is the dim switch). I have 2 of them and about a week away from full on flower. I was going to test taking the screen out and checking the killawatt reading at the wall to see if anything is different or maybe mess with a meter to test the output. Either way, it's something in the middle that is probably limiting the max from being pushed through it seems. I need to finish my 150w build first so might not be for another week.
