Cooperation, accommodation of other people's needs, advances in medical science (e.g. vaccines) in other words, modern society means 7,794,000,000 people alive who would not be here today.

It's why there are so many libertarian governments in the world, wait there are none, I wonder why? Perhaps it's because only a few selfish assholes think they want such a thing, but are actually self deluded. Libertarianism would work for billionaires, but they would be called kings and in a rich country would include lords too. They might start out as Musks and Bezoes, but after a couple of generations...

Yep libertarianism, we don't like no big guberment, just rule by Amazon, Google and Facebook. Come to think of it they wouldn't exist under a Libertarian guberment, the internet started out as a big government thing, so did NASA. Also defending one's self from more rationally orientated organized states would be problematic. These rugged individuals in their bunkers would need to deal with the local war lord, criminals organize themselves into groups too.

Sorry lady, but I don't need to validate my vote for Biden to appease you and your extreme far left fantasies, moderate, reasonable people who realize the polarization at each end of the political spectrum are mostly engaged in nonsensical beliefs that will never appeal to the 70% or so in the middle who are willing to role up the sleeves and negotiate policy that they know will not please everyone in such a diverse country as this. Pragmatism a little give and a little take to resolve issues that nobody is going to get 100% of their agenda is how this country used to work and should work instead the news cycle is dominated by Oath takers, Proud Boys,and Antifa people whose extreme beliefs are completely unappealing to average Americans in the middle. I voted for Joe cause he is a honorable,practical,decent man with the experience and demeanor to guide this country through a extremely polarized and fraught times I'm even alright w/him drifting a little left of center,just not so much to give a vile,seditious Rep. party any life or ammunition to take back either the Senate or the House which I fear the far left likes of AOC,etc might just do.ccguns

The shout out to AOC and 'Far Left' again? I am not sure how she got so much rent in your head man, but she is a 2nd term congress person.

The rest I am with you on (except I am still not convinced "ANTIFA" is anything other than 50 radicalized kids or so (tops) in Portland and the fascination of the Trump noise machine for years).
