Botryis thrives in moist environments and can also lay dormant on top soil ( spores ) . Pull plant if possible to look it completely over.
It can travel plant to plant easily tho via air currents.
Unfortunately this far into bloom , products like daconil or similar may not be a good idea at this stage of growth.
Think PM when doing final cleanup , pull drip pans , Decon containers ( if reusing ) , etc.
You could do some hash with remaining buds if not bad.
