Droopy Leaves

This is my first soil grow and I need help finding a remedy for this problem. My leaves are drooping massively right now. They are not yellow or anything like that, they are just hanging down toward the ground. I just want my leaves to go back to normal. They got really hot one day for 15 minutes and this is how it's been since.

Looks to me like they are over watered...Don't water for a couple of days..

If I wait a couple of days, what signs should I look for to know when to start watering again?...

See how the leaves look like they are water loged. Just watch the leaves when they use up all the water the leaves will not be wilted and wrinklly. I have did this on many occasion by accident, So no need to worry just don't water for about 2 to 4 days.
I have found out the best way to tell if your plants need watering is to pick up the pot and see if its heavy. Easy as that. If ya need anyhting else just holla I'll help as much as I can..

just thought i would let you know, its only the top leaves that are looking like that by the way...

the bottom leaves look awesome, so i think the plant will be alright... just need some more input. thanks for your help.

If ya look see the DARK green on the leaves that tells you that you have too much water, looks like you have some NUTE burn in the back leaves.

What is your watering schedule? Usually you only want to water when the soil is barely moist, it's an easy tip to follow.

I have been watering when dry, and those burns are from temps in the room getting up to 102.9 one day... horrible mishap.

Having those temps plays a huge role in your plants growth, if possible get it down to 70's or in your case even 80's is better than your current environment.

I have it 85 usually. It just so happens I moved an exhaust fan for about 30 minutes one day and thats what happens.

Oh and by the way, I was watering once every 12 hours about. Maybe a little sometimes. Usually I would just check with my finger if it was still moist...

I am so confused as to how this happened because I always stick my fingers all the way into the soil before watering, and it's always dry...

When you water, put enough water in so that it leaks out through the holes in the end. Don't water again until the soil is completely dry.
THat happened to my plants before I found it was because mylight cycle was too long I know strange, but when I reduced hours of light it never happened again

So wait, soak it until it drains and then leave it for a few days basically? I did that in the beginning kinda...

Maybe I should shorten my cycle its 24/7 now?

And is it a bad idea to give a plant like this h2o2?

Bitch, keep your temps 70-80. How big is your pot? soil? nutes? lights? Water every 2-3 days, i recommend 3. Also get a spray bottle so you can mist a few times in the day to foilar feed her. What day is this? foilar feeding will also keep the humidity up.

I have a spray now... I keep the temp at 82-85 and thats the best I can do.

And this is almost 1 month.
