Questions about feeding seedlings.

Would I get better growth for seedlings if I feed them about quarter dose general hydro nutes every watering?can I start feeding them at the first set of leaves after the cotyledons very lightly or would it not be worth it?
Ive seen that other growers get better growth on their plants when they very lightly feed synthetic nutrients with soil it seems.

There is absolutely no reason to feed seedlings. If you are using the proper soil it will have plenty of what the plant needs.

Adding nutrients would just overload the seedling and stunt it.

Soil doesn't require feeding...........but coco does.

Im using soil with low nutrients.

Seedlings dont need a whole lot of nutirents. They are small with tiny appetites.

With my gorilla grow its real hot and humid all the time without much wind and my plants are almost a week outdoors from inside with a clear tarp over them on a plant cage but when i try to get them used to the sun they wilt fast so they only get about 30 minutes direct sun per day do I just need to really slowly get them used to the sun compared to plants in the right conditions?

You need to harden them off.

Meaning introdue them to the direct sunlight slowly.

1st day 1 hour
2nd day 2 hours
3rd day 4 hours
4th day 8hrs.

This is my general harden off shcedule.

All plants are different. So you might have a sensitive one there. Got 15 mins then 30 mins and so on. Thats the best advise I can offer.

The last sentence of the OP lead me to the thought hes using soil. But yes he did not outright say it.

If im in a place where it rains a lot and my pots take a long time to dry out will my plants likely die from root rot or woukd they be ok and probably yield at least half oz per plant.

I don't grow in soil I know nothing about it, but some things are equal.
If I had concerns about water logged roots I'd use a medium with decent drainage.
That way they'd only be sodden if it's water logged even then it shouldn't be a problem for short periods.
