I'd be shocked if they didn't have Stone and Trump wired for sound at this point, many have been bugged for far less than insurrection. The oath keepers might sell Roger's ass to the feds if they can, but Roger is far too clever for that! Perhaps Rudy would be a better way to nail Trump for insurrection and sedition, he attended most of the meetings they had about it and was a big part of the conspiracy. They've got Rudy by the balls and he knows it, serving up Trump's head on a silver platter is the only way he can walk, if the feds want it and if he can give it to them.

This is just the opening round, to get the Weasel's attention, there will be superseding indictments for him and others coming soon. They don't need this guy to nail Trump, there will be plenty of other witnesses, but he will put a bow on it for them and lead them to other crimes. His biggest problem with coming clean might be trying to remember the sheer volume of crimes! Look how recklessly Trump ran the federal government and his complete lack of regard or even understanding of the law, now imagine how he ran the Trump org, laundering Russian money and dodging taxes with two sets of books.

They have barely begun to scratch the surface, much less roll over the rocks.

Prosecutors charge Trump Organization with a 15-year tax scheme

New York (CNN)New York prosecutors on Thursday charged the Trump Organization, Trump Payroll Corporation and Chief Financial Officer Allen Weisselberg with 15 felony counts in connection with an alleged tax scheme stretching back to 2005, in an extraordinary legal development against the former President's namesake company.

Prosecutors in court said the counts include a scheme to defraud, conspiracy, criminal tax fraud, offering a false instrument for filing and falsifying business records.

The indictment also alleges Weisselberg evaded $1.76 million in taxes over the period beginning in 2005 and that he concealed for years that he was a resident of New York City, thereby avoiding paying city income taxes. Weisselberg pleaded not guilty Thursday afternoon.

Prosecutors say they have digital drives with grand jury testimony, bookkeeping records, tax records, statements of potential witnesses.

Weisselberg attempted to conceal his participation in the scheme with the knowledge of the company, prosecutors said.
"Even now there's been no attempt to impose discipline on members of the company," Manhattan prosecutor Carey Dunne said. "There is no clearer example of a company that should be held (responsible)."

Trump himself was not charged.

The indictment of the Trump Organization is the product of more than two years of investigation by the district attorney, Cyrus Vance Jr., a probe that began with questions about accounting practices tied to hush-money payments made by former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen and eventually led to a Supreme Court fight over a subpoena for Trump's tax documents.

It is rare, according to lawyers who specialize in tax evasion cases, for prosecutors to bring charges solely related to fringe benefits provided by a company, and in recent weeks, lawyers for the Trump Organization met with prosecutors in Vance's office, hoping to persuade them not to bring the case.

I believe the Trump org owns all Trump's properties, including his golf courses and a mansion he sometimes uses in NY and that is also the subject of investigation. If the Trump Org goes bankrupt, Donald could be homeless, kicked out of Mar Logo and his NJ course, anything corporate owned. As far as I know all his golf courses and many of his properties are bleeding money and he has lost licensing agreements and fees. Donald will need credit if his business is gonna survive, he will be in bankruptcy court next, as well as criminal and civil court. The kind of criminal indictment hammering his company just got and the warning of more to come, might cause some lenders to call his loans, much less offer rolling credit and services for daily operations. I'm pretty sure Donald has to pay his lawyers in advance, up front every week!

A nutcase collection point for the FBI, they will require ID to join, like the Parlor, they will want to build a list of suckers. If it ever gets off the ground, it won't be around for long, unless Donald can post from the big house, he'll have lot's of time on his tiny hands. Maybe next year they will rename it the, FREE DONALD FORUM, dedicated to springing Donald from a NY state prison cell.

My best guess is if he goes to a NY state prison, it will be a maximum security one. Trump has a large violent terrorist following and there will be many death threats to the judge and jury during the trial, so by the time sentencing rolls around, it's gonna look pretty bad, as far as where Donald ends up in the NY state prison system. I believe there are a couple of NY maximum security prison facilities and Sing sing is one of them. He might have Weisselberg, his family and a few other Trump org execs for company, in a segregated unit. I figure by the time they are done with him Trump will be leaving the place in a bag.
