Caterpillars possibly as wellmy first guess would be grasshoppers
Best way to find out is to keep going out throughout the day and looking at the bottoms of the leaves and stems... last year I did an outdoor grow during a bad grasshopper season. I was home all summer so i just kept going out, grabbing them and stomping on them throughout the day lol.
I am looking for a solution to bugs as well. Let us know if this works! And can you use it during flowering ?I have the same shit, it's most likely beetles. tried the ol baking soda water ploy, hopefully didn't use too much since it can burn the leaves but apparently this is supposed to work
I'm not sure mine has just started to preflower but it's going to reveg and then reflower or something i don't know. I'm not a pro i assume no liability, if my plant dies then we'll know, but it's just MY plant so it's nbd.I am looking for a solution to bugs as well. Let us know if this works! Upon further research the baking soda thing is used as some pH control method as well as pest control, pH and all is the fancy dancy stuff i never bothered with though. I'm just trying to get it through to successful harvest period.
What about after flowers?Alternate spinosad and neem oil at night once/week til flowers appear.
Don’t ever spray flowers! Ever! What about after flowers?
Ok but what can i use for pests after it starts flowering.. Anyone know? Or theres nothing that can be used?Don’t ever spray flowers! Ever!
If they are small pests, spray the foliage with water mixed with a bit of dish soap and then mist well with pure water - make sure you get the soil. Or use a more effective spidermite/pest spray and then mist with pure water (my go-to method during veg). Just make sure you NEVER do it in direct sunlight. Wait til the sun is going down and it's kind of dark out. Neem oil works but it can make you puke... never touched the stuff. Or you can also try those sticky aphid traps, but they can also trap beneficials.I am looking for a solution to bugs as well. Let us know if this works! And can you use it during flowering ?
