First grow, take two: seedling heat stress?

Hey there, weed sages of the internet.

After last year's grow went bust courtesy of my trigger happy watering and light mismeasurement, I've decided to try an outdoor grow instead as I generally have an easier time working with the sun. Based in Massachusetts and there's been some very hot days lately: my three girls popped from seed and were planted on Solo cups and a small plastic container. They were off to a great start, but yesterday afternoon one of the leaves started showing slight yellowing on one of them. That's since progressed further to all-out taco leaves: from their environment and how young they are my first thought is heat stress from how it's been this summer, do y'all think this is the case? With my last experience in mind I've been being more careful with watering, although if it looks like I've been being too cautious y'all should call me out on that.

If so, other than moving them to shade, misting them during the evening/morning and avoiding direct sunlight, do you have any other recs to give them a chance to power thru this?

Cannabis plants are resilient, even in their seedling stage. Keep her in a colder spot, like you said in the shade, untill she looks better then introduce her to the sun little by little.

Looks like coco , all them fibers. N just overall color
