Do you pH your water when growing organic in soil?

Yes, I do. My reasoning is that I know my soil can buffer any feed that I give it ,but knowing the PH just gives me piece of mind.
This goes for anyone that does mess with pH. Do you use a bottled pH up/down or do you use citric acid and baking soda to adjust?

I know. I always see other people posting numbers way lower than what we have. It makes me want an RO unit real bad. Especially since I'll be getting into indoor with coco here soon.
Is the water in your municipality supplied from a water tower filled with pumped up well water? I know many cities in Canada still have those. Do you know what those 500 ppm are? Just carbonates?
