How to protect your data?

Hello guys. I have the following problem. I have a lot of information on my phone related to what we are discussing here and it will not be good if someone can receive this data. You may understand what I mean:) I have read about apps that can be used to hack your phones and receive your data and track your smartphone at https://celltrackingapps.com/track-my-husbands-cell-phone-without-him-knowing/. Have you ever faces such a problem and how to fight against such spyware?

Don't let anyone have your phone or the lock pattern/code. To install such an app, you would need access to the physical device. Fully encrypt the storage internal and external. Don't take pictures with the included camera app. Get an open source third party camera app, and configure it to store images in a directory that is not linked to your Google or Apple backups. Use an app to clean all metadata from pics that you will upload. Access sites only through a trusted VPN service. Access through a browser like duck duck go, where you can easily clear the cache.

Too late … that phone is your tracker. Everything is pinged , archived and monitored.

Paranoia is a bigger problem … many here run all kinds of grows …. Cops could care less …. They are more interested in busting transport of drugs than small / med growers. Unless you are part of the trade … chill.

My agents are laughing their asses off right now on this thread …

i have two phones of the exact same make and model, one of them never leaves the house, the other one is my commuter every day phone that goes everywhere.
1) I can switch out the sim card and leave the house knowing there is nothing on that phone.
2) No one has access to that second phone and i don't do a lot of stuff with that phone that could compromise its security
