Can I switch to 6/2 light schedule when in 18/6 now?

Plants need a sleep cycle. During that sleep cycle they consume O2. It takes time to switch from waking too sleeping. My guess is they will get inadequate time to switch over and this will result in less growth.

Where in the world do cannabis plants veg under 6/2, on this planet?
if your plants start to droop right before dark period then it’s too much stress already, this is supposed to alleviate all that and help with heat issues if any are there

Heat issues, ok, this is 8/13 in my grow room in the Mojave Desert without A/C. They are under 1000w HPS and the canopy is 90-105.

Anyway they are your plants, do as you will.

Plants don't sleep or need a dark cycle in veg.
