Am I feeding my plants right?

These are 3 white widow autos by dutch passion.

They are planted on fabric pots with soil (Mostly peat) mixed with vermiculite (66% bagged soil, 33% vermiculite)

I'm feeding mineral fertilizers. (Ph around 6.5)

Used to be top crop and changed to powder feeding by greenhouse.

With top crop I had lots of problems. I used these fertilizer line up to week 5 of flowering (like 1 week ago). Then I noticed the fertilizer bottle getting fatter, like the liquid inside is decomposing and creating some sort of gas (just as a milk carton will balloon when the milk is bad inside)
I also had solids inside one fertilizer, so the liquid didn't go through the syringe I use to measure (obstructed by a solid).

Now I'm using powder feeding hybrids and the pk booster.

Yesterday was my first water with these....

I noticed something odd. When using the recommended g/liters I barely reach the EC the table states.

My water is 0.33 when using the recommended dose for week 5 my EC went up to 1 and the table says 1.8!!!!

Now I'm scared my EC meter is broken (it's new) or the charts aren't that exact.

I went with my instinct (lol?) And added a bit of both up to an EC of 1.5.

What should I do in these cases? Respect the g/liters or the recommended EC?

Plant 1: looks fine

Plant 2: small stains on the leafs, nothing too bad.

Plant 3: the top leaves are starting to show these colors... What is it? Is it my feed?

Bonus question: can I use molasses with these fertilizers?

I’m no pro like a lot of these guys, but your plant looks awfully light colored, like it needs some nitrogen or something.
Yea, my guess would be that the previous fertilizers were not working alright so there is some deficiency.

Plant 1 and 2 are much greener than plant 3. You can barely tell by the images tho.

But the purple borders in the leafs on plant 3 make me scared. Can that be a toxicity? (Too much of something).

15L fabric pots.

The size looks normal to me.
Before i planted some "xxl" autos (psycho xxl pack by BSF) and the were a bit bigger.
I also had some problems on my previous plantation.

This ones are mostly indica so they dont grow that much.
I also had no problems with this plantation (before these ofc) so i doubt they have growth problems.

Ill take some more pictures from far away and post them.

The lights are 240 w of Samsung lm301h (high efficiency)

I put a cup next to the plants for reference.
