Where is this plant at in the growth cycle? Veg or Bloom? It makes a difference as to what suggestions people make in order to help solve your problem. It looks like some plants in the background are flowering so what you use or should I say spray on your plants can make a difference. Can you take your plants outside and rinse the bugs off? If it's an Aphid that's the first thing. Then you have to choose a foliar spray, Neem Oil is cool if your Vegging, not so cool in flower (bad taste and odor).

Thanks for the reply. No can't take plants outside, they are fixed now in their final positions and under a screen (scrog). Plus they are in RDWC pots.

The plants in the background are in a different room as that photo was taken after I picked the leaf off and took it out the room it was in.

The plant in question is from a room on day 16 of flowering so possibly still too late to use Neem oil?

Would an insecticidal soap spray do the trick?

If it was me I would rinse my plants with water till their clear and treat my soil. If you have a lot of them critters I would be spraying everything that is in veg and watching and monitoring everything in flower. If you see one or two, you can bet there are more somewhere. Spraying anything on the buds would be a last resort.
