Ok so I got this blue cheese girl going since early may here in central new Jersey , have her in fox farm happy frog soil & am using fox farm trio nutes ,she's growing in a 30 gallon fabric pot , topped her once around week 4&5 and am at week 10 right now.... I still consider myself a novice & would like to hear anybody's advice on trimming lower leaves , topping again or maybe uping nutes. Excited to hear what the community has to say to help me out to get her to her fullest potential!

Nutes schedule is currently
Big bloom 2 tsp
Grow big 2 tsp
Per gallon and usually give her 2 gallons per watering Tuesday & Saturday

Looking good so far. Post a few more pics. I like to keep all my lower shit cleaned up real tight .

^ Right, I would at bare minimum examine all of the sidebranching lower down the plant and pinch out any flower development at the inner nodes of the sidebranches. If you've ever grown tomatoes, OP, it's the same concept, direct the flower development energy out toward the ends of the sidebranches, it'll make for larger buds on the lower branches and cut down on "popcorn bud" that'll be a pain to trim when you're swimming in untrimmed flower. Also it'll improve airflow and decrease the risk of mold issues down the line.

At this point in the season I'd be very careful of any excessively aggressive pruning. Each time you damage tissue you open the plant to infections as well as stunted growth. Nice looking plant.

Okay here we are a couple weeks later seems like we're getting close to flowering here any advice when I should switch the nutes up , I've been using fox farm big bloom and grow big

And don't be afraid to use big bloom liquid gold in my opinion I use a cup for a 5 gallon bucket + other nutes it's virtual impossible to burn with big bloom I do this to my in the ground plants and my 20-50 gallon smart pots

Awesome I been using big bloom but not a cup per watering lol maybe I'll try giving some more and should I try to cover her from rain during flowering or is leaving her out ok?

PER 15 GALLON fox farm soil happy frog or Ocean Forest 50/50 is preferred
2.5 gallons of perlite
5 gallons happy frog
7 tbsp marine cusine
7 tbsp oyster shell
10 tsp blood meal
8 tbsp bone meal
8 tbsp alfalfa meal
8 tsp bat guano
8 tbsp neem seed meal
3 tbsp rock phosphate
1 cup worm castings
3 tbsp mykos extreme
This is what I plant my outdoor plants in the ground with and start to feed at general feeding about 2nd week you can definitely up the nutes you are using I would do it in moderation I to use the fox farm trio all of the other fox farm nutes are pretty hot but big bloom is a great product and I have never had a issue with burn sorry for the ramble I'm no pro but the way I do it seems to work for me . I would definitely look into adding some tiger bloom , Open sesame to the line up soon if you was going for the full fox farm effect

Definitely cover her from rain an another question if you don't mind how long have you had her in that pot if you want full potential you got to give them roots room
Been in the 30 gallon of ff happy frog since late may & also you think I should up the nutes I am using and throw tiger bloom into the mixture ?

(UPDATE)
Well we have officially begun flowering and I've gotten her under my d.i.y canopy & with that I have begun giving her beastie bloomz once a week and bembe every other week along with tiger bloom and big bloom twice a week I'll attach some photos so you guys can see the progress we have made thanks to alot of people's help on this page and am excited to hear your guys thoughts & advice so far.
