Beginner grow questions

Hey all,
I'm kind of lost with all the options and information out there. Hoping I can get some answers and just get started.
My plan is to get a 4x4 tent (vivosun 48"x48")
And Vipar spectra 1200 lights.
What other equipment do I need to get started?
For seeds I'm also not sure where to begin. Just for ease I think I'd go with auto flowering. I use medical cannabis for pain so a strong strain is necessary. Any suggestions?
Anything else I need to make sure I have to begin?

Buying indoor grow tent kit (all in one)

I suggest more reading...you figured out you want a tent and some lights and you're confused about the rest? Do you need AC, do you need humidity, do you need a dehumidifier, what media are you wanting to grow in, how you gonna feed, do you even know why you think autos are easier? You have alot of work ahead of you. Good luck

Yes! I think a good plan and realistic goals are a good start. You should be thinking about how much time you have to dedicate to your garden which technique fits your schedule etc.

What’s you budget line to start man? That’s really the main question. Do you have an seeds at all? Like bag seeds. And do you have some space to grow at least one plant? Weather it be indoor or out
