You seem like a nice person, so I'm wanting to be polite, but here's something I'd like you to think about. What if Obama supporters were scaling the walls of the capitol, what words do you think your average republican would use to describe them? Something else, when we talk about crime in predominantly black areas, we always note how they're taking a shortcut and how they blame "the man" as an excuse for not putting in the work. Do you see the parallel to republicans, how they were unhappy with an election and how storming the capitol, and supporting the storming, in addition to all the phony lawsuits seeking to overturn the election, is committing crimes because they don't want to put in the work? Are you able to see the projection, how they're exactly the same as the people they complain about?
Go ahead and be a conservative. Republican is not an ideology, conservatism is. A conservative supports gay rights because they prioritize the constitution over their own personal lifestyle preferences. Now a republican on the other hand, they don't support the environment like a conservationist would....you see that word....conservationist? Where does it come from? You should learn a little bit about the ideology of conservatism. It's the opposite of a republican. A self-proclaimed republican today can go fuck themselves. Conservatives though? They're just fine.

What happened on the 6th was interesting, let's just say that.... it was pretty well known that there would be a protest at the capital.... yet they just waltzed right in. How does this happen? They were unarmed and really not that many people. I've heard Pelosi turned down extra security when it was requested. Why? Just kind of seems like it was set up.... conspiracy theory or not, it just doesn't make sense.
On the other note, I agree about the differences between Republicans/conservatives. Unfortunately most people don't understand and look at anyone who leans right as a horrible, racist person.
I usually stay out of shit like this, because it's pointless and never goes anywhere.... just found it interesting how nasty some of the comments were and thought I'd go for a ride.
Wishing death to people who are unvaccinated or politicians you don't like is disgusting no matter what angle you see it from....

I think that it's great you want to know more about "why", but if you were pro-republican, I think you'd only find evidence harming your party. You might also ask why/how the leader of the proud boys toured the capitol beforehand and you might ask who was involved in those tours and you won't find Pelosi's name in there anywhere.
I'm also not a fan of wishing death on others because, at some point, if you want to be better than republicans, then you actually have to be better. Still, it's their site and I'm just a guest in their domain, which means their desires fully outweigh my own and I can go eat a hobo's asshole if I don't like it.
