Is it ready?

Hi! First time grower, found a seed decided to plant it and well here we are, smells amazing looks alright for a first go I think but I’m not sure when to harvest, it has brown pistils but mostly white, how will I know when it’s ready? I’m afraid I don’t know what strain it is but thank you for any advice given.
