Seedling drooping

Hey all,

Recently started new seedlings and one is showing signs of over or under watering and I am unsure which, if either it is. I have been watering very consistently, once maybe even twice a day if the medium feels dry. The leaves started to droop on my fastest growing and biggest seedling (less than a week from sprout). So I decided to hold off on watering for a little but it hasn't seemed to help. This leads me to underwatering but I had been watering so consistently im still unsure. The seedling is in Fox farms ocean forest, sitting under a 150w led light and I have cut holes in the side and bottom of the cups for drainage. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Looks dry....saturate...allow to dry...saturate...allow to dry...repeat

Probably overwatered it and roots are weak. Will take time to recover, might want to pop more as they will outgrow these, pick up cup when dry before you plant, after seed develops dont water until light again. Roots grow well in dry medium. Thats when they get strong. Best of luck!

Looks dry

Yea it looks dryer than it is because I added more soil to stabilize a somewhat stretchy stem, so all the top level of soil dries out really quick where as below that level near where the start of the stem, its still moist. Also I took the picture right before I was planning to water lol

Just lift cup n feel its weight...also saggy limp leaves equal thirsty...saggy kinda curling stiff leaves equal overwatering...they get kinda stiff when full of water

Those are overwatered seedlings, lve killed too many to count. If you soak medium and plant direct you shouldnt need to water for a few days at least, then for a few more after that, put seeds in 1g 11 days ago, just gave first drink last night and didnt need to yet but got scared, lol. Fed weak nutes too, Roots showing out bottom of every seedling even smallest one. Overwatering is very common but will come easier in time. Im counting these seeds as first real success. Been popping for long time. Have 2 in 2g and roots showing too. Hope this helps you not to make my mistakes. Good luck and happy stress free growing.

Yea its been over a year and a half since my last grow so I'm a little rusty on what to look for. I used to water seedlings just once a day but these seemed to really be drinking it up which is why I watered twice a day two days in a row, which is when I noticed this one drooping a little. Just odd because the other two are smaller but are having no issues whatsoever. Could be genetics since this one is different tho. Gotta knock some rust off and hope for the best! If you want some advice, id drop the cups and but some number 3 square pots, or 1gal rounds if cheaper, square pots fit tegether tighter, you need 6 inches min for a taproot, cups cause them to curl before they should. Even 2ltr milk cartons work, needs to send tap as far as you can let it, clone roots different. Best advice for seedlings l have in arsenal.

All ill say is every seedling I've started in ffof has a rough start,too hot. They seem to start off slow but almost always pull through. Hot stuff it is
