Most stealthy plants odour wise I’ve grown are G14 (fastbuds) and Malawi x NL by ACE Seeds.

I have that Malawi growing outdoors (mid late flower) just now and when brought indoors you couldn’t even smell it in the room. You have to go right up to it and sniff to get an odour.

My NL did stink as well lol

I did a bad job of growing this strain but it was a nice strong smoke.

Green Ninja feminized seeds
Green Ninja from Heavyweight Seeds is an excellent choice when stealth is required, it reacts great to all types of training, stays short and does not have a strong aroma - assuring maximum discretion. Available as feminized cannabis seeds, it will usually finish flowering in just 60 days and produce potent and tasty buds, going up to 550g/m² indoors under a 1000W HPS or equivalent.

Mephisto Northern Cheese Haze is supposed to be the perfect stealth auto... potent, stays fairly small, low odor....
It can be very small. I notice little oder. If you can't hide this you likely can't hide anything. It is potent, but it seems to be a sedative type of weed. Durban it is not. I like weed that will be a racy sativa for twenty minutes and then mellow out but still high. That's not this weed. The high does not last.
All above is as I grew it in my garden and YMMV.
