BANK OF SEEDS IS A SCAM

I had a few good orders with these pieces of garbage, then they hold a sale so I spend a ton of money and they jerk me around for 2 weeks and then blow me off. Spoke to numerous other people on IG they have been doing the same thing. When someone or something seems to good to be true, it’s probably true. These losers exist in all corners of this planet so stay clear

Often some stoner screams he has been scammed and puts a stop on payment then several weeks later they tell us the guy came thru
So your lack of participation here in the past just makes you seem less than credible

I would like to defend this new member as I placed two orders 2 weeks ago and cant get a response to when they will ship. Ive emailed them and yesterday I simply asked nicely on their IG page and now today I am blocked. I can defend the bank as he did a BOGO last year, I think I got 4 Solfire packs, 4 Oni packs and probably a dozen Exotic packs between 3 or 4 different orders, so I figured this sale was legit as its not a popular bank but always came through, even forgot a couple Exotic packs and I messaged them on IG and they sent them but I havent placed an order in over a year until this sale and a little wary that its a "Everything must go sale", meaning they might close up show and sell the remaining stock to someone else.

Why the hell are people buying seeds based on some reviews they saw on instagram? Instagram sucks. Why not buy some known seeds from a reliable seed bank? How much are people paying for these fly by night pollen chucks pumped up on instagram?

Never heard of this seedbank until now. Looks like they've got a decent list and even some older stuff I'd like to have (Stardawg IX) but not with these kind of complaints rolling in.
I'll hold off and see how this all shakes out.

I don't know about this particular seed supplier but it's a certainty that at least half of them are sending people whatever they have and calling it whatever they want.

The entire seed scene is a complete joke.

Which is why forums like this are necessary to weed out the scammers. Its really unfair to paint the entire "seed scene" with the same broad brush.

Many of those seed makers have threads here (as well as other grow forums) going back several years along with thousands of detailed grow reviews. When someone sends out bunk seeds, it doesnt take long before growers are putting them on blast.

I was weary as well but ended up sending for a pack yesterday -ok with taking a loss if that happened. This bank is linked to multiple reputable breeders and Oni confirmed yesterday they’ve at least have been legit up until the fire sale.

It's amazing there is so many seed banks reviews on here I bought last seeds based on other growers on here including asking them for advice and tips about their grow with the seeds I want. don't listen to ig do research here first.

To better answer I will guess it is because it is still inconvenient to get seeds in general.

There are 2 things going on, 1 is more growers esp new, needing seeds. And 2 is a marketing hype going on as the market expands. Many, MANY people, especially the young, are swayed by social media marketing. Its the main source of info to a lot of people.

As we all know and see, theres a huge branding push going on to create cannabis brands that go beyond traditional brands. They dont just want to sell seeds, the want to sell EVERYTHING under a single brand when possible. The Apple revolution in marketing (customize your electronics to YOU) has met the everybody getting into it craze...and you get people so hyped they cant wait for a new strain release for big $$$, or participate in auctions for $1000s for a "special" pack.

Larger market with a ton of new buyers and sellers will work itself out as soon as the govt and big businesses figure out how to capture all the profits. ☻

Hey folks, any updates to this seed bank? Are they still reliable? They seem to be the only peeps with tangerine dream but with no updates to this thread in over a year im curious what the status is.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Fuck no - they’re the only ones with a lot of strains but they’re scammers

I was afraid of that. Me and the roomie are both medical and really like the Mandarin dream we got from the dispensary. We wanted to grow our own and this is the only bank that shows it available. Glad i bothered to check reviews and ask here. I appreciate your help.

Just pay attention to the profile, ask people here for something comparable from a reputable seed bank. Plenty of local US guys doing quality breeding too.
