Is My 2x2 Tent Overcrowded?

If so what should i do to fix & what are the downsides of a overcrowded tent.
I currently have 4 plants that are on day 4 of 12/12.
Also one of my plants is starting to grow into my led light.

I vote no. Downsides of a crowded tent include PM and bud rot due to lack of air flow. As long as you have a lot it shouldn't be an issue. I had my 2.6x2.6 packed way more than that once. The plants were literally leaning on each other in flower. Six plants...

Are they photoperiod plants? If so, have you flipped the light schedule to 12/12? Looks like maybe you just did. If you just flipped you probably have a little over 2 months until they are ready. 8-12 weeks is about average flowering time. GL

I also don't see any fans inside. I had multiple fans inside the tent running for airflow. Packed tents need more than a carbon filter and exhaust.

I have two small usb fans acting as intake/exhaust..i should add more fans in the tent?

Yes. Oscillating fans are best. Stationary fans are better than nothing.

That tent is ~70% larger than a 2'x2' btw (with only 50% more plants)

Four plants can certainly be grown in a 2x2 if they're flowered small enough.
A canopy is a canopy.

This is one autoflower filling a 28"x28" tent (~35% larger)

Great looking plants, they look happy and healthy.
Everyone is correct about more air movement, it's important and necessary. Either two small fans (such as those hurricane clip on fans) blowing lower in the canopy and your exhaust fan up high. If you're able to leave your tent door open during lights on and have a large pedestal fan gently blowing on your plants that would be ideal, and then a small fan(s) inside when you need to close the tent for lights out.

That one plant is quite high already, it would be a shame to top it, are you able to start to gently try and bend it horizontally?
I grow with 600w HID lighting, MH and HPS bulbs, so I know my sweet spot is around 16" above the plants to encourage growth without stretch. I don't know anything about LED lighting and the proper distance required to avoid plants stretching, but I notice your light is already at the top of the tent. As I said I haven't done any research into LED so maybe you have it in the proper spot, but if you aren't sure either maybe you can do some research and see where your light needs to be. Your other plants don't look to be very stretched or anything so maybe it's fine, but something to look into if you haven't already.
