Ok. Not enough light. I took a light down cause it was burning the tips. Did some rearranging. Any frickin improvement at all know?

2 BR30 balanced spectrum and 1 advanced red spectrum bulbs. Each with an equivalency to apx 65 watts

What is the actual power for each bulb? "Equivalent" is a sales gimmick.

3 - 65w equivalent bulbs are probably a total of only 45 actual watts.......not enough light.

Yepp, you need to invest in some better lights, that simply will not finish out that plant. It will be nothing but larf.
You gotta admit a second thread is cheaper than a real light.

I suppose it is. My love and interest of cannabis certainly exceed my experience/knowledge w/ growing, and as you have pointed out my personal funds too. I have been a life long enthusiast of cannabis and science and nature. The last year has obviously opened up a lot of free time and not a lot of work to sustain anyone for the lengthy road back to 'normal'. I freely admit my lack of experience hence why I am asking questions on a newbie central grow forum. Like I don't get the duh dude vibe. Enlighten me or jokes?

Just try to increase what you can this time around …. Growing with bulb lights are pretty much a closed chapter and there are some decent entry point lighting available even in HPS / CMH and led.
Even around $150 - $200 . Just resist getting “ red blue “ grow bulbs or blurple.
You can even throw a T5 flouro rig to finish that plant better.

I appreciate you asking questions and trying to learn. Unfortunately, the only way to improve that plant currently is getting it more light, there is really not a lot else that can be done. It will grow, just not very well.
