It looks like you may have some bug damage on some leaves.

I have spilled nutrients on the leaves I hit it with the neem oil last week it's a lot of bugs in Florida summer very useful but I'm going to hit it again.

The lil white spots on the circled leaf looks like bug damage. It's kind hard to tell from the pic though. It could be something else. Just givin ya a heads up. Lol
