Hey bros, I'm opening a new spot, I have a 7ft ceiling clearance and I want to put tables. They don't need to move but they do need to have a 5%ish angle in the to evacuate excess water. Waht's my best option?

Friend of mine has a similar setup low basement ceiling running gavita DEs.
Best option I know of. Take two plastic crates put on casters and screw then tray over top. Pretty low to the ground. You can do larger casters on one half to get your tilt.

How do you plan to deal with the run off?

You should have a look at the bucket company run off trays. They are pretty affordable and can deal with the run off well.

All the tables are connected to a drain

Ps: Is there large setups form the bucket company that you know of? so far I've seen only small stuff, I have 2000sft total

So I built my stands for my veg room tables and raised 1 end by a inch with a piece of wood. They drain super good and fast. You could use the half height cinder blocks even as a base just put a 1” piece of wood under 1 side for the slope. You don’t need much for water to flow.
