Or if you don't do dairy like me fermented foods like kimchi. I make my own. A good balanced diet consisting of healthy foods is all you need to do unless you have some health problem that necessitates the need for supplements.if you want probiotics just eat some yoghurt made from live cultures with a good prebiotic eg. wheat bran, oats, chia seeds, etc

I eat it plain, on rice, in soups, stir fries, etc... I love the stuff and always have a jar in the refrigerator. I'm sure it beats eating worm poop.
