Check undersides of leaves very carefully for bug pests, especially spider mites. Those kind of speckled spots on the leaves can be the start of bug damage.

The color of your grow lights makes it hard to really tell what's up. Post a pic using the flash on your camera for the light, so we can see the true color better.
