In the words of Timbaland - "It's been a long time......" lol
Well, all systems go! The flower room is pretty much 100% completed, and my 2 PPP and 2 Snow White fems...which were vegged for 7 full weeks and are 15 to 16 inches tall are now under my 400w HPS. I'm really happy with my set up
I'm using just about full strength nutes, about 9-10 gallons of tap water let set out....and flooding for about 7 minutes 3x a day. Right now I don't have enough hydroton (more on the way) so the plants start to tip from the boyancy of the water just about 8 minutes....so I let it go 7 minutes. I don't have a trip-valve....My pump is 400gph so it just fills faster than it drains . I have the pump on a digital timer, by the way.
Pic 1 - Flower main door
Pic 2 - Poly door entrance ( look at the negative pressure )
Pic 3 - Doors wide open
Pic 4 - Close up pic [2 PPP in front, 2 SW in back]
Pic 5 - Temp
Pic 6 - Light trap vent, took it out of the veg room..so i'll need another..but it works real nice.
Pic 7 - Room exhaust point
Pic 8 - Carbon filter (air entry point)
Pic 9 - Poly door fixed to folding door when open.
Pic 10 - Attic exhaust set-up
Pic 11 - Flower room fan and exhaust point
Pic 12 - Veg exhaust fan[covered in duct tape] and exit
Notice both exhausts (seperate rooms) vent to a self-made box that has access to a screen directly to the outside air. I know for sure that the air flow is excellent in the flower room...but I'm a tad concerned with some back-flow into the veg room.....right now the veg room is down....I'm going to germ afghan kush and strawberry cough here in a few minutes....but when the veg goes back up I'm going to see how well the vent is working.
Let me know what you think
