Light intensity during flower cycle

I just flipped my girls to flower today. I’m wondering when should I turn my Mars hydro fce 3000 up to 100 percent? It’s on about 60 now at a distance of about 20 inches. Should I turn it to 100 or keep it at 60 and move it to 12 inches above the canopy?

Watch the plants for stress and slowly increase the light 10% at a time..
I usually wait till after stretch to add more power..

I just leave my 288 boards set at 90 watts a piece. I start the lights a little higher and let the plants grow into it. If they get a little close during or after stretch, I'll raise the lights a little. I just think it's easier than constantly adjusting lights.
