With moderate temps, lower RH, and a harvest light to potentially signal stomata, I think theirs a good chance respiration can still take place. If the pots toward the end of harvest begin drying I think that could lead to some bad results for the end product.
Regardless of the above having any merit, I use plain water to run off for the last feed, just prior to harvest, and then keep the mediums moist with plain water through harvest. I don't see the point of risking unintentional quick dry due to drought foliage, or all the bs that goes on in a drying medium full of nutes. Both things are shitty outcomes during lights on, so not much effort to avoid them during harvest, just in case.
