Please be careful with GLG.....Just had an issue that i'm not feeling was handled all that great.
This is why I do not like social media. A customer has a complaint. And instead of dealing we me on my web site. They think they can come here and say negative things to get what they want. So now I have to deal with this here and their. So here we go.
On Friday the
10th at 4pm,you left a message that you felt your order was missing some seeds.
At 11pm Friday the 10th, Dave told you we were off for the weekend, but he would CK out it Monday.
He also asked you if you looked in the koozie. We get a lot of people that do not look in the Koozie for the freebies and bodhi packs and email us about it.
I high lighted these items to show we were trying to help the customer ASAP
You did not reply about looking in the Koozie, so we figured you found them.
On Tuesday the 14th at 4pm you sent Dave a message that said there was no Koozie and no Bodhi seeds or Freebies. And you wanted to know about the seeds you say were missing.
On Wednesday the 15th at 10:30 I personal returned your message. Here it is.

Please ck where you opened the package. I am sure the seeds were sent.
Every package gets double checked. I pull all the orders and add the freebies.
Then Deb crosses them off of the list as she packs the order. Orders are done 1 at a time.
The Table is cleared and the next package is processed.

before I had even seen your reply.
I had also sent you a picture of your invoice that shows every thing on your order, and they are all crosses off with a yellow highlighter.
So I pulled the seeds, stickers and Koozie.
Then HDD ck's them off the list and put the freebies in the Koozie. Puts the Koozie in the Plastic bag and them puts the plastic bag into the manila envelope.
I personal do not think that both Deb and I confirmed they were there, but they weren't.
And every order gets a Koozie and a freebie and Deb feels that there is no way she did not put a Koozie in your order.
I try to make all my customers happy. And I feel the way we double ck things works very well.
And I was talking to you in a kind and timely manner. When I am doing that and you make post about me like this . I feel I am being extorted.
