Help with seedling

First timer here,
I planted this almost 2 weeks ago. It's under 2 inches tall and some of the leaves are yellowing and the stem is purple.
I'm using a 4x4 tent, tsw2000 lights (about 20 inches from seed) , soil and the seed is feminized
Please help!
How do I fix?

Raise that light. She is just a sprout 18-20 inches is for veg. 14-18" for flower, and for seedling, barely powerful enough to start her light cycle. My light is almost 4' above my seedlings(true 1000w led set at 60% so 600w)

I use a spray bottle. Just kind of cover the soil with a few sprays

She doesn't need much. If you're in a soil/soil mix you may be overwatering her. Does her cup have adequate drainage? I've let seedlings go for 2 weeks after popping before watering again(high humidity environment).

Soil is Espoma organic seed starter and happy frog soil for when I transfer to large pot.
Does this sound right or did I get the wrong soil?
Also I water every time the soil looks very dry which is a couple times a day. Too much then?

They don't need water everyday.. Let the soil dry and they will grow..

You're over loving her, her roots need air as well. Even in hydroponics the roots are getting oxygen. How many times are you going to transplant? If you're going to her final pot next, I would thin the happy frog with coco around her root mass(when she gets one), happy frog is a rather hot soil and your girl will need time to adjust to the higher nutrition.

Also does her cup have a drain hole? She could be drowning if not.

Yes leave her alone and she may recover

Doing things to tiny seedlings damages them to the point of stunted

Really nothing you can do at this point but let it dry out.
Most seedlings recover from hot soil, overwatering etc… if you just let them be.
