Ok so what are you using?
A large variety of things both organic and hydro. Promix HP for my base with 3 types of composted manures, EWC, DynoMyco, some unfiltered dugout water to enhance biodiversity but mostly RO, crab/lobster meal, greensand, gypsum and a few other things. On the hydro side AN 3-part and Big Bud, REMO 7-part kit, MegaCrop, P/K, K alone, chelated minerals, potassium silicate, Epsom Salts, CalMag. For carbs I mix dextrose, unsulphured blackstrap molasses. and unpasteurized local honey.
From '01 I did mainly DWC in Rubbermaid tubs with quite a bit of growing in pots until 3 or 4 years ago when I got more into just growing in pots and experimenting with adding organics to the soilless Promix and have been finding that to be the best of both worlds for me. Recycling my soil with some fresh amendments and using hydro ingredients to fill in any gaps seems to keep the plants happy and problem free. Seems to get better with age.
Just finished trimming up one of the two Mazarilla fem autos I grew outside in a soil mix using all of the above plus homemade compost and really like the results so aiming for a dozen next year. Smaller plants but finished long before the cold weather and fall rains started and got around 5oz of really frosty dank buds. I'm in northern Alberta above 55°N so photo plants won't work without a blackout greenhouse but that may be coming in the next couple years.
With my arthritis trimming is hell for me but as most is going to be made into meds for ourselves and a growing cadre of friends in need just snipping off bare stuff and feeding most of it to the trimmer is saving me lots of pain and time. Keeping an oz of the best buds aside from each for smoke and most of that will probably end up in the oil pot too. Just finished up a 114g batch of RSO a few days ago.
Getting into making fem seeds with STS lately and will be cranking out some all winter especially the Mazarilla to share with a few friends who liked my little garden and want some like those next summer. Pink Kush, GG#4, Cherry Noir and a couple CBD strains are that menu.
