Just out of curiosity can you make like a compost tea with the clippings to feed the plant. The plant is still in veg.

You need to ferment them if you want to use them like a nutrient. Or if you have a living soil, throw them on the surface under some mulch

I've been doing that just wanted to see what else I can do. Defoliation is a pain in the ass. I want to cut them but then I don't. The plant looks so nice with the fan leaves.
