Any Canadian manufacturers of affordable myco/bacillus

Trying to find a Canadian source/manufacturer for not over priced beneficial microbes. GH's and Botanicares ones where pretty cheap but no longer available in Canada and all the brand names ones are way overpriced. Actually the Pro Mix branded one is insane expensive.

Look into Promix Connect, 6,000 propagules/gram mycorrhizae. It's not cheap, but it is by far the most concentrated myco product on the market. We can't even get it in the USA. They do sell one oz samples for $5, which is awesome. I like Dynomyco, which for comparison is 900 prop/gram.

Yah Pro Mix came by after legalization but even the most hardcore growers gota sticker shock when they asked for it lol. I'm looking for descent stuff that's maybe 1/2 price of what for the "hydroponics" retail for smaller growers.

Edit this is a myco product. This is Grotek Synergy

Glomus iranicum var tenuihypharum .......... 120 CFUs/gram


How it compare to Grotek Biofuse. Its actually farily cheap. The Synergy Myco is much more.
Bacillus subtillis 2.48 x 108 CFU/g
Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 5.0 x 106 CFU/g

I know nothing about spore counts.

Really wish I had the funds atm as there's such a huge marker for budget nutrients but no one wants to take a leap, especialy with being able to sell directly. Everyone just says "cannabis" or "hydroponics' and jacks up the price.

We should get some members here and set up a co-op company. Then flood the market with affordable nutrients. Hell just talks to MC or Plant Prod and private label them.

Ok doing some quick research the 8000 spore count is pretty good. Most seem to be at 100-500 ish. Looked at Mykes which has been around for ages its 500.

A 500 gram bag of DYNOMYCO C runs for 120 CAD compared to a 250 gram bag of Pro mix which runs for 179 CAD. You'll be able to treat far more plants with DYNOMYCO C than you will with Pro mix too! It'll cost you less per plant and you'll apply it to more plants.

RAW NPK is a fraction of that cost. They have them for veg and for bloom.

Does anyone pay for that promix product ? It is outragously expensive.

Raw NPK also has a fraction of the fungi in DYNOMYCO though for their fungal mix....
Pro-mix will come out to about $18 CAD per plant at their application rate compared to $1.86 CAD with DYNOMYCO.

Root Wizard is from Emerald Harvest and just became available in Canada this past fall. Very high bacterial count and in liquid form.
