Nutrition Deficiency in soil

I can’t figure out what type of nutrition deficiency this is and what to do to fix it. It’s in soul but needs to flush and be crossed over to Hydro how would I go about doing that

They are clones from a soil facility and we are a hydroponic grow and we need to get them from soil to a hydro grow without killing them

Clone a branch and grow that hydro

Take clones off them into water cloner. You’d be faster that way then switching or shaking roots or whatever it would take

I have only ever switched from hydro to soil.. It was a major shock to the plant, and took a long time to recover.
It would be way faster and easier to get that plant healthy and take clones from it.

By planting another seed in a Root Riot plug or similar. Don’t try to rescue one plant. Flushing? C’mon, man. Start over.

Nothing.. they're just overwatered..

That sure looks like coco and perlite not soil.
