When to harvest

Hey all,

just curious if these look like they’re close to harvest and if I should leave them a bit longer. Weather is getting fairly cold between 6-8 Celsius.

seems like they can withstand a small frost, if it has been gradually getting colder. I'm not sure how low they can go, it's been dipping into the high 30's here at night and so far I'm doing alright. I'm new to this outdoor grow myself

6-8 Celsius will end up shocking them and halting growth I think
