I ordered Runtz feminized seeds from 4 different breeders. I germinated them and finally, selected 10 different mothers, grew them up, and starting taking cuttings when they were ready to be taken. Every single one of them, after two weeks into flower, started showing 2-4 pollin sacs on an otherwise female plant. My environment is unremarkable, no stresses to speak of, no light leaks, etc. so I chopped them all and I guess It’s back to the drawing board. The unfortunate part of all this is it takes a long Fucking time to do what I just did to then go and chop them. It’s extremely frustrating, especially when I read posts from people that claim they have never even seen a hermaphrodite after decades of growing. WTF?!?! Perhaps feminized seeds are the problem? If you are forcing a female to hermie and pollinate itself, isn’t it foolish to think that the hermie trait won’t be passed on to the seeds of a hermie!!! I keep Reading that they have the feminized seed thing down, but when you think about it, isn’t it ridiculous? Please advise but I’m getting burnt out. These plants are so high maintenance, someone tell me something good…
