Kool-Aid actually has citric acid in it. It will lower the pH.

I'm a super extra beginner around here and even I laughed at 'water'. But then, we all grow in water in some way or another, right?

Clones or Veg or Flower in hydro then you need to supply the solution at the correct pH range for uptake in hydroponics. 5.5-6.2 within this range is fine.
whenever testing your reservoir to monitor changes in EC and pH as long as the pH stays within that range there is no need to change it and allowing the pH to drift between those ranges is better for uptake anyway.

keep it between 5.7-6.2 in any situation. All nutrients are different both chemical (mineral) and organic. I'd follow whatever nutrient line your usings recommendation.
I've seen some major differences between various nute charts, whats the source of these?

What rank amateur made these charts? Using the same color for different nutrients/elements and/or the fact that the charts don't have the same components on them is really misleading.
