that's why you need to get away from them..there's nothing worse than going to a job with people you hate.
It isn't just about getting another job, any job here would be pretty much the same thing. I mean, who the living fuck thinks like this? Answer, most people here.

My current job is at least with an organization that could get me the fuck out of here.

don't Proud Boys have homes to go to..they've been here forever..when are they leaving? oops! i know why..they need the port for Greater Idaho.

Yep, five counties with a total number of votes "for" around 10,000

It's understandable. Republican leaders admit their party will never win a major election again. I mean, competing on ideas is hard and pretending they can just vote to join a different state is easy.

from the 2020 presidential election in Oregon:

That map looks a lot like the Oregon portion of greater Idaho.

Their problem is, cattle, sagebrush and illegal marijuana plants can't vote.

From this article, there are a lot of Republicans in Idaho that don't want those righties in Oregon counties to join them:

The mainstream Republicans who have controlled the state for decades worry that if far-right Republicans like McGeachin gain control it will be bad for business. Their fear is Idaho will be unable to attract high-paying tech jobs and that highly-skilled workers looking to flee pricey West Coast cities won’t move to the state if it’s run by extremists.

And now some prominent mainstream Republicans, worried the state’s hard-right drift could scuttle their efforts to grow Idaho’s economy, are asking Democrats and Independents to register as Republicans to vote in the party’s May primary.

"Democrats, please join our party so that we don't become irrelevant and please, pretty please, save our economy from us".

This is better than fiction. I can't make things like this up.

It is a whole team effort. I really hope that the Democrats do lend a hand (while not allowing a troll to sneak in on their ticket) to vote in some sane Republicans in states that their Democratic party's power is NA.

I wish them well. I really do. I lived in Idaho for almost ten years and it's a beautiful state with a lot of very nice people. But,

I could never vote for one of the so-called moderates. They've been pushing climate denial, all lives matter, stop the steal, anti abortion services, defund public schools in order to fund private Christian/Mormon schools and are the human equivalent to locusts when it comes to their forests, rivers or endangered species.

The party of fear tactics is just deploying a novel and new fear tactic. Asking Democrats to vote for "moderate" Republicans so that Q doesn't take over is like putting a gun to one's head and yelling "stop or I'll shoot".

Fair enough, sometimes it is easy to forget the 'normal' Republican platform is so ridiculous and dangerous too.

Why does the name Biotech sound familiar? Makers of one of our vaxx's? I knew of this story being female. The Lacks family should get damages and residuals for all those tests that were and will be. I do thank her for contribution to science because of it many women were able to avoid cancer.

In late July, Jack Jesse Griffith, 26, of Tennessee pleaded guilty to knowingly entering restricted areas of the Capitol in a videoconference plea hearing.

He pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building. On top of a possible six months in jail, he faces a $5,000 fine and potential supervised release. He also agreed to pay $500 in restitution to the United States.

In a sentencing memo, his attorney H. Heather Shaner argued that her client was manipulated by right-wing propaganda on the internet, saying that what occurred on January 6, 2021 "was not a naturally developed political protest."

"It was, I believe, a coup attempt — fomented intentionally by right-wing actors who used data-mining and psychological manipulation," the memo stated. "Vulnerable individuals were identified and persuaded through the internet that it was their patriotic duty to come to Washington to support Trump. In Washington they were emboldened and ushered down the avenue to 'Stop the Steal' and to storm' the Capitol."
