Are my babes ok?

Was told to supercrop…they were 1+ week into flower. About 12/12 right now outdoor. Bent them over with out much damage but they bent over pretty far, past 90d. They are showing dark bruising at the fold, should I splint them at a true 90d angle? Please any help would be appreciated. Strains are wedding cake, ice cream cake and true Og.

I cover mine with painters tape but it looks like it will heal

Can I just put a small crutch supporting it at a 90d angle so it’s not fully limp?

So finally seeing some upward growth on the lateral bud structure but I think they are still in shock cause the plants as a whole are not growing bigger…are they just healing? Knuckles haven’t formed yet and it’s been a week and a half.I lost one cola that just didn’t bounce back but all the rest made it and are multiplying. Can anyone help with the ice cream cake strain? Looks like nute shock, the other strains are fine. The first pic of true og is fine but the icc buds are curling…How long until knuckle grows and more lateral growth continues? Only feeding once a week.
