Oh shit yeah.. that feed has crashed your pH or something ain’t right for it to go bad so quicklyThey are 5 gallon pots, about a gallon every 3 days. And it's FFOF I was using dry amendments and don't like them, so I switched to the fox farm trio the last feeding I did. These were my plants October 5th so 9 days ago View attachment 5009698View attachment 5009700
The microbes in the soil break down the dry nutes then give it to the plant unless you put way too much in the soil pretty hard to O.D the plants with the dry nutes as the soil does the feeding as the plant needs.it I currently am doing I many plant method grow with 6 different strains and I have done nothing different as far as fertiliser, soil watering ect as the microbes do it for meI don't like thr dry amendments I always have issues. Under use or over use it's never balanced. So I figured liquid organic nutes with a weekly chart would be easier to give the plants what they need. I just bought a ppm Metter so when I mix my nutes and water I can make sure I'm around the 600-900 for veg and flower I think was 900-1100 correct?
I actually said see how they respond. It's not an instant fix, but if it looks better after that in a couple days, then you know the soil pH is low. A good soil pH meter would be best, but they're expensive.Ok so like @PadawanWarrior said give my tap water which is 8.1 ph and see if they bounce back?
Thanks man, I switched to my tap water now as well its about 8.2 ph and by the time I add my nutes it drops to 5.5ish so I add about 4-6ML of PH up and puts it right on. But thanks for the info. And I heard thr amount of light I have in my 2x4 is kinda overkill. I have 414 watts of light.Nutrients are like your daily vitamin. They aren't the main food source...the lights are. The lights you are using aren't doing enough work to justify the amount of chemicals you are using. If you only used plain tap water to this point with FFOF...you'd be way ahead of where you are now.
FF nutes are very strong. My lights are several times stronger than yours and I use 1/2 strength General Organics Grow/Calmag/Bi Marine. I switch to Bloom at end of stretch. I also use tap water and I don't PH. Chalk it up to a learning experience.
